Who We Are

Founded in 2007, we are a UK-based manufacturer with a reputation for precision, reliability, and regulatory compliance. We combine deep industry expertise with specialist manufacturing techniques to support professionals working in high-risk radiation environments.

What We Do

We produce thermoluminescent sachets and headbands for extremity radiation monitoring, designed for use on the hands, wrists, ankles, and head. Our products are used in the medical, radiological, nuclear, and research industries - and can be custom-made to meet specific requirements.

Engineered for  precision, trusted by professionals.

Our extremity monitoring sachets and headbands are purpose-built for accurate dose measurement in close-proximity radiation work, from medical imaging and radiopharmaceutical handling to research and testing environments. Each product is manufactured using high-frequency welding for strength and comfort, with custom sizes, fastening options, and printed identification available.

How Our Sachets Are Used

The extremity TLD sachets and headbands have integral pockets to hold dosimeter elements and are worn on the hands, wrists, ankles, or head when working close to radiation sources. Designed to measure exposure at sensitive points such as the fingertips, they are lightweight, durable, and can be reused depending on customer requirements.

Built to Medical Device Standards

All of our sachets and headbands comply with the European Medical Device Regulation (MDR 2017/745 – EN, EUR-Lex) and meet IEC-62387 and ISO-12794 standards. Designed to measure X-rays, beta, and gamma radiation (Hp(0.07)) with sensitivity down to 224 keV, they are approved for use in demanding environments and tested to ensure consistency.

Our Products

Lens of the Eye Headbands

Designed for accurate lens of the eye dosimetry, these lightweight headbands securely hold TLD elements in place for reliable monitoring. They incorporate a PTFE filter for precise measurement and feature an adjustable Velcro back for comfort and usability. Widely used in medical, radiological, and research settings, they provide the preferred solution for meeting the latest ICRP eye dose requirements.

Finger & Ankle Dosimeters

Our extremity dosimeters are designed for fingertip and ankle dose monitoring, where exposure levels are often highest. Each sachet is compatible with Harshaw TLD EXTRAD detectors and available in different filtration options to suit specific monitoring needs, ensuring accurate results in medical, research, and nuclear applications.

Eye Dosimetry Head Phantom

Developed for calibration and testing, the Hp(3) eye dosimetry head phantom is based on ORAMED project findings and replicates the human head for precise measurement. Constructed from PMMA and water-fillable, it provides a rugged, reliable tool for calibration laboratories, universities, research centres, and medical facilities, enabling consistent and accurate testing of eye dosimeters.
